A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2190"

1. From July 2011, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc.”) committed a sexual intercourse with the victim C (the age of 26) from around July 201, and led to the hedging around April 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant provided another person with a photographic file which taken the victim's body against the victim's will.

2. On August 25, 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim H was a member of K Lriart’s employee “B” from the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, to the victim H via J Messen.

When sending money, it is expected to allow K to use the right of use at a discounted price.

However, the facts are that the defendant was not an employee of K Liart, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to purchase the right to use K Liart.

Thus, the defendant deceiving the victim as above and transferred the sum of KRW 89,000 to the agricultural bank account under the name of the defendant as the purchase price for the right to use the riart on the same day, KRW 50,000 on the 26th day of the same month, and KRW 144,000 on the 29th day of the same month.

3. On October 7, 2016, the Defendant against the victim M, who reported and contacted the Defendant’s posted comments posted on the Internet, which included the content that the Defendant sold a computer monitor at the Defendant’s home located in the Hong-gun N & 505, Chungcheongnam-nam Hong-gun, and the Defendant’s online trading site to “one hundred thousand won”, shall be reduced to KRW 80,000.
