Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Suwon District Court on March 6, 2014 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 23, 2015, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven a fluent vehicle in the state of alcohol under the influence of alcohol from approximately 50 meters from the road near the “C” located in Gwangju City to the front of the “E” located in the same city as “E” located in the same city D.
