Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2014, at around 12:30, the Defendant infringed on the author’s property right by selling a copy of the microSD card reproduced with 2,200 sound source of 2,200, including the sound source of “E” in the attached Form 48, which is owned by F, including the sound source of “E” in the attached Form No. 48, a neighboring right.
