Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person operating a manufacturer who has graduated from a school with the trade name of 301 and “D” in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant is a person who has received a request for the production of a photographer who has received a request for graduation from the schools and received a part necessary for the production of Alba, such as a printing company and material supplier, from each subcontractor such as a printing company and material supplier, and manufactures Alba.
