A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells NAV supplies through the Internet website and NNA Blouse Blouse Blouses.

1. On July 7, 2012, from around May 19, 2014 to around May 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Trademark Act, via the Chinese Internet sales website D, E, etc., through the victim F, on November 10, 208, purchased 120 exhausters 120, 10, 10, 15, 15, 15, and 15, with the trademark registration number attached to the Korean Intellectual Property Office on November 10, 2008, and sold to many and unspecified persons. The Defendant infringed the victim’s trademark right by carrying 59, 59, 15, and 3, 15, with the said trademark attached.

On January 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant’s house located in Gyeyang-gu Seoyang-gu G 1307, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, G1307, was to purchase and supply the Defendant’s Haak Dokton’s ticket purchased at the Chinese Internet sales website, despite that it is not a sOTX’s counterfeit product; and (b) the Defendant’s Haak Dok’s product was not a good.

In a false manner, from the time to May 17, 2014, the member received 120,000 won from the injured party under the name of the Madton's price, and received the total amount of KRW 28,215,00 from 107 to the above method, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 107, from around May 17, 2014.
