Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] Defendant B was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Resident Registration Act in the Busan District Court’s Branch on February 1, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 14, 2017.
[2] On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concluded a lease agreement at the location of the head office of a related corporation by telephone from G (one-person’s personal seal impression certificate, a certified copy of resident registration certificate, etc. of inside directors and persons to be registered as auditors; (b) opened a corporation’s account and sent all documents related to the corporation, passbook, cash card, etc.; and (c) provided KRW 300,000 per account, 30,000 per account.
“In receipt of a proposal,” and accepted it, the proposal was established with instructions from B, H, I, etc., and the account was opened in its name and received to deliver all corporate documents, account passbooks, etc. to G.
1. On March 1, 201 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) registered as the representative of the “J”-based corporation; and (b) ordered B and H to open an account under his/her name; (c) received a certified copy and a certificate of seal impression from H to the “L General Law Office” on the third floor of the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (d) sent Kwikset to the “L General Law Office”; and (e) required B and H to file an application for change of the representative of the “J” business entity to H; and (e) required B and H to file an application for change of the representative of the “J” business entity to H.
4.4. On April 1, 201, at the point in the territory of Yeongdeungpo-gu Office of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office of the National Bank of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, the bank account under the name of J (J) is opened, and the bank account is opened in the name of J (Account Number:N) at the bank located in the Dongsan-dong at the same time and around the same day, and the same year;
