Details of the disposition

On March 25, 2013, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Army Training Center 29 Educational Team for the Army and received a new disease education at the Army Training Center on April 17, 2013, and was diagnosed as a result of the examination and conducted in detail as a result of having been hospitalized in the Army Training Center Hospital on April 17, 2013 (hereinafter “the closure of the instant case”).

On May 9, 2013, the Plaintiff was transferred to the National Armed Forces Waterworks Hospital for hospitalized treatment, and was discharged from the military service on July 22, 2013, after being hospitalized to the New Village Symnas Hospital (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

The Plaintiff, while undergoing training on July 25, 2013, filed an application for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State on the ground that the instant waste collection occurred and received the instant surgery. However, on December 31, 2013, the Defendant rendered a decision on whether a person was eligible for veteran’s compensation under the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Service to the State under the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons of Distinguished Service to the State (hereinafter “Act”) on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons of Distinguished Service to the State on the ground that “it is difficult to recognize that there was a proximate causal relation between the waste collection and congenital wing disease of this case directly caused military duties or education and training, or between military duties or education and training.”

(hereinafter “instant disposition”). On March 17, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an administrative appeal with the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, but the said claim was dismissed on July 22, 2014.
