Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant: “D” point of the victim’s operation located under Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu (B); on the ground that the victim was the victim’s business end, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “a bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and had a beer fump toward the victim’s face.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
