1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

Punishment of the crime
[Basic Facts] The Defendant is a creditor who lent F 15 million won to F from November 6, 2013 to July of the same month.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant repeatedly visited, at around 17:00, sought F’s house located in Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun G, and called “F’s spouse, until receiving the money,” “F will not take this time until she comes to view,” and “F will have this time until she comes to the house,” and enter the house inside the house, and use the clothes on the floor and put them on television, for about 6 hours from December 20, 2013 to January 2, 2014, and reached approximately 10 minutes from 23:00 of the same day to 23:00 of the same day.
As a result, the defendant repeatedly visited the debtor or his related person without any justifiable reason to cause fear or apprehension, thereby seriously impairing privacy.
2. The Defendant, at around 10:30 on January 31, 2014, entered the said F’s house, and said F’s house is called “F” from the victim I (son, 69 years of age) who was the mother of the F, that “I would like to pay money to our children? I would like to go beyond the floor by pushing the victim I’s chest.”
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a related person of debtor F.
