A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant and the victim D(the age of 42) had a relationship with the former husband, the defendant was dissatisfied with the former husband's house in order to keep the children born between the former husband and the former husband, or frequently telephone with the former husband.

1. Special intimidation against victims D;

A. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim by taking the kitchen gate, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen room where the victim had come to the Defendant, in comparison with the former husband on the ground that the victim had talked about the part of the Defendant in comparison with the former husband; and (b) sealed the victim’s shoulder by hand, and “I am son and I am am dead and am son at the front of the police.”

B. On March 11, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) laid the kitchen gate, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen where the said victim was living together on the part of the Defendant, on the grounds that the said victim was not the husband before the death of the Defendant; and (b) threatened the victim by stating, “the death and the death of the pet.”

At around 18:30 on April 16, 2016, the Defendant exceeded the examination site in front of the victim, from the above F building, in order to improve the above examination site, for the same reasons as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, and died of the victim’s improvement.

I tried to achieve the well-being during a period of time. The first day was well-known.

In view of the foregoing, the victim threatened the victim by stating that he or she was able to die with the Escopies.

2. Damage to property to victims D;

A. On May 2015, the Defendant destroyed the following grounds: (a) on the same ground as the statement in Article 1-A, the Defendant: (b) an unfolded the market price, which is the victim’s ownership in the kitchen, in which the kitchen was located; and (c) an investment in the kitchen, etc., so as to make it impossible for the Defendant to drink the kitchen, etc. by making it difficult for him/her to drink it.

B. On July 23, 2015, the Defendant, at around 15:18, the Defendant, located in G, Namwon-si, Namwon-si, in the Defendant’s spoland adjacent to the paddy field.
