Facts of recognition

A. The Defendant is a company for the purpose of theater operation and management, real estate development business, etc., and is the seller of the instant building D with the land of 1933m2 in Busan-gun, Busan-gun (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. On March 9, 2016, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract to sell the fourth floor E (hereinafter “instant store”) of the instant building that was constructed at the time from the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) in the unit price of KRW 1.6 billion (excluding surtax) (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

Some contents of the instant sales contract are as follows.
