The Defendant is a driver of a rocketing car in the capacity of the Defendant.

On April 13, 2013, at around 02:10, the Defendant driven a volume of approximately 50 meters from the entrance of the main apartment 209-dong underground parking lot to the second-class underground parking lot of approximately 50 meters from the Cheongju-ri 419, Cheongyang-si, Namyang-si, in a state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.109%.
