A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2012, the Defendant, at the office of the victim M&D located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, concluded that “The Defendant would know well the N of the Daewoo Shipbuilding Sea, and in order to promote the N to the vice president on February 2, 2012, the Defendant would pay to the O for the expenses. The Defendant purchased high-priced forests from the KO to the KO, and then promoted N to the vice president after NO was promoted to the KO.”

However, the fact was that even if the defendant received money from the victim as a non-financial expense, he planned to use most of them for personal purposes, and he did not have the intention or ability to supply the ship's equipment to the victims through the cost for the Daewoo Shipbuilding's sea.

Nevertheless, on January 19, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 15 million from the victim to the account designated by the Defendant under the name of advance payment to purchase for the purpose of street use on the sea of the treatment shipbuilding around January 19, 2012, and received KRW 100 million in cash for the purpose of street use around February 7, 2012.

As a result, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received money and valuables of KRW 15 billion in conspiracy.
