A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant posted a large number of obscene materials files on various file-sharing sites, along with C, D, and sexual incom, intended to exchange cyber money to be acquired at a certain ratio when other users download the said files and distribute profits therefrom. C intended to provide the name of the subscriber and withdraw cash exchanged, D intended to play the role of posting obscene materials files or distributing cash withdrawn by C, and D intended to play the role of posting obscene materials files.

B. Accordingly, the defendant is obscene through an information and communication network in collusion with C, D, and sexual incompetence E.
