Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a sports cargo vehicle B B B at a speed of about 60 km from the side of Heungsan-gun, Cheongsan-gun, the Defendant proceeded with the first road in front of the entrance of the Cheongdo village at the Cheongdo-ro, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, the Cheongdo-do-ro, at the speed of about 10 km from the side of Heung to the king.
