A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 9, 2016, at around 02:40, the Defendant driven a 27km car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.097% in blood without the driver’s license, from the roads near the digital suspension area of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the middle point of the ambal zone of the west-gu Hodong in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do.
