A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률위반 (도 주치 상), 도로 교통법위반( 사고 후미조치) 및 도로 교통법위반 피고인은 2018. 3. 27. 19:45 경 혈 중 알코올 농도 0.196% 의 술에 취한 상태로 C 싼 타 페 차량을 운전하여 원주시 D 앞 편도 2 차로 중 2 차로를 태장공단 삼거리 방면에서 뉴 스테이 아파트 방면으로 진행하던 중, 술에 취하여 전방 및 좌우를 잘 살펴 안전하게 운전하여야 하는 업무상 주의의무를 게을리 한 채 그대로 진행한 업무상 과실로, 전방에 비상등을 켠 채 정 차 중이 던 피해자 E( 여, 35세) 운전의 F QM3 승용차의 뒤 범퍼 부분을 피고인 운전 차량의 앞 범퍼 부분으로 들이받아, 위 피해자에게 약 3주 동안의 치료가 필요한 열린 두개 내 상처가 없는 진탕 상해를, 동승자인 피해자 G( 여, 38세 )에게 약 3주 동안의 치료가 필요한 경추의 염좌 및 긴장 등 상해를 각 입게 함과 동시에 위 피해 차량을 합계 3,723,916원의 수리비가 들도록 손괴하고도, 즉시 정차 하여 필요한 조치를 취하지 아니하고 그대로 도주하였다.

2. On the same day, the Defendant continued to drive the said vehicle at around 19:50 on the same day, and continued to drive it in front of the building in L, Inc. located in the 37th city of the Taeguk-si., the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, went through the front of the building. 3. The Defendant continued to violate the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act on the same day at around 19:53 on the same day and 54-14.
