Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative of the D hotel in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the victim F (n, 59 years old) who is the chairperson of the E-Urban Improvement Preparatory Committee in the above hotel 301.
Since 2013, the Defendant, after drinking, found several times to the above F's office, requested employment, etc., and failed to do so. The above F refused the Defendant's request, and did not open the entrance door of office.
