A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant placed three rooms with a bath room in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2 and 5 to operate a commercial sex acts business establishment with the trade name of “C”. On April 10, 2018, the Defendant used the office computers of the above business establishment and connected the “D”, which is an Internet sex acts site, and used the Internet sex acts site to display advertisements indicating the commercial sex acts with the name of “C” with the name of “C” and with the name of “C”.

Accordingly, the defendant advertised a business place where sexual traffic, etc. is conducted.

2. On April 10, 2018, from around June 1, 2018 to June 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received 60,000 won to 130,000 won from many unspecified male customers who reported the above Internet commercial sex acts in the said commercial sex acts; and (b) let four male customers, a female employee of Kazakhstan, who are employed by himself/herself, engage in the act of similarity by using the body of the body of the body of the body, such as A, which is a female employee of the Kazakhstan, who had been employed by himself/herself, and gets off the telegraph of male customers

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
