A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2013, the Defendant, as the victim C (nive, 40 years of age) and the married couple, applied for divorce and had been under mediation on July 4, 2013. At around September 22:0, 2013, at the Defendant’s house located in D in Gongju-si, the Defendant heard the victim’s phrase “I am am am am am am and am am am son separately from the victim,” and opposed to this, the Defendant am am am am son at the victim’s house while drinking together with the victim at the Defendant’s house located in D at official city around September 22:0, 2013.” On the other hand, the Defendant am am her on the part of the victim’s dog in his kitchen (the total length of 22 cm, the knth day length of 12cm).

As a result, the defendant, who is a deadly weapon, suffered bodily injury to the victim for about three weeks in need of medical treatment.
