The Defendant, as a member of the reserve forces belonging to the ASEAN 1 Dong Dong-dong Dong-si in Gyeongnam-si, was registered as a member of the reserve forces around December 12, 2016 on the following grounds: (a) although the Defendant was unable to deliver a muster notice without any justifiable reason to make his/her resident registration cancelled or his/her resident registration unknown was not made; (b) on June 12, 2016, the Defendant was registered as a member of the reserve forces belonging to the ASEAN Manam-si-si, a person who moved his/her residence in Dong-dong-si B
