A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered 1,40,000 won in total; (b) discovered 1,40,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession; and (c) removed the theft prevention text that was attached to the above goods by using the c department store 2nd class D, operated by a fire victim in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul; (d) discovered 1,40,00 won in total; and (e) removed the theft prevention text that was attached to the above goods by using the c department 2nd class D’D’s clothing store operated by the victim.

2. On March 1, 2020, the Defendant, on March 1, 202, discovered one 137,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, where an employee was displayed at a place specified in paragraph (1) operated by the victim, using a crepan in which the employee’s surveillance was neglected, and removed the theft prevention text attached to the above goods by using a stack prepared in advance and removing the theft prevention text.
