The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the relevant legal principles and records, it is justifiable that the court below dismissed the plaintiffs' claim of this case on the grounds that res judicata effect of a final and conclusive judgment in a prior suit extends to the lawsuit of this case. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law such as interpretation of expression of intent

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
