A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant is in a relationship with D, the mother of the victim C (the age of 15), and was well aware that the victim was at the third degree of intellectual disability (the intelligence index 37, the social index 65, and the social age of 8.8), with the victim C (the age of 15), and the victim was at the time of a special class, with the victim's ability to cope with the situation.

1.
