Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, as a professor of the history of C University, was the Defendant’s career and criminal record. From April 2015 to April 24, 2015, he/she was demoted to the subjects related to history, politics, and society, and took the pictures, and published the said lecture image on the Internet Youb Citizen Channels “D,” and on December 16, 2016, the Daegu District Court sentenced the Defendant to a fine of five million won due to a violation of the Public Official Election Act, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 24, 2016.
2. The impeachment of the President of the National Assembly on December 9, 2016 and the impeachment of the President on March 10, 2017 by the Constitutional Court on March 15, 2017, which was scheduled at the State Council on March 20, 2017, as the 19th presidential election was held on December 20, 2017;
