A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 3556"

1. On January 27, 2011, the Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury), the traffic law violation (drinking driving), and the traffic law violation of the Road Traffic Act, a summary order of KRW 2,50,000,000 to a fine for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Law (drinking), and on May 26, 201, the Defendant is a person who has violated the duty of prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice by receiving a summary order of KRW 1,00,000,000,000 from the same court on April 14, 201 as the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking), and is engaged in driving of Cystren vehicle.

On May 7, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol content of 0.110% 0.10% in alcohol during blood, and driven the said car at a point of 127.2 kilometers in the upstream line at the Busan-dong-dong Busan-dong Busan-dong Highway (Seoul-dong) from the direction of Busan to the direction of Busan, while driving the car at a point of Busan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul-do-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu”), due to negligence in the course of duty, did not avoid the cub car to the E of the victim D's D's vehicle at the front part of the said king-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong vehicle, and caused the 3rd son car to the victim’s vehicle at the same time by taking the back part of the above cub-dong-car.

On July 16, 2017, the defendant of "2017 Highest 3966" is the same Gu in front of the dwelling of the defendant in Daegu Northern-gu G on July 16, 2017.
