가. 2019. 3. 10.자 협박 피고인은 2019. 3. 10. 16:00경 대전 서구 D아파트 E호에서, 피해자가 바람을 피우고 B과의 이혼을 요구한다는 이유로 "됐어, 빨리 와, 빨리 와, 아님 나 내일 아침 문화원부터 갈거야, 너 그거 다 못 다니게 할거야, 나 지금 정보 입수 싹 했어, 나 그년 이름까지 다 알아 빨리 와", "내가 그거를 니 엄마한테 보게 해줄게 그거를.. 누구랑 같이 밥 먹으러 다니고..", "씨발놈아 내가 가서 너 죽여버릴거야"라고 말하고, 같은 날 같은 날 17:00경, 대전 서구 D아파트 E호에서 피해자에게 "나 당신 가만히 안놔둘거야, 이대로 진행해버리면 나 당신 직장도 다 뛸거고, 다 소문 다 낼거고, 당신은 창피해서 못 다니게 할거야"라고 말하여 피해자를 협박하였다.

B.
