A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2014, the Defendant sentenced eight months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Suwon District Court on September 25, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on December 11, 2014.

1. At around 11:00 on April 20, 2015, the Defendant and C performed the alcohol together with the Victim F, who is a terroin in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the D5th floor “Eel” 202.

At that time, C does not have any money to pay a monthly security deposit, and the victim gives C a cash card with C to use the cash card after subtracting KRW 500,000.

The Defendant and C came out of the above cash card. On April 20, 2015, around 11:28, the Defendant and C entered the said cash card in cash and withdrawn the said amount by entering the said cash card in cash in KRW 1 million with the victim’s cash withdrawal and use of KRW 500,000,00,000, despite obtaining permission from the victim for withdrawal and use of KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

At around 11:50 on April 20, 2015, C continued to withdraw the amount to KRW 8.10,000,000,000 from the vicinity of Ansan-si, the Defendant, “A, as a neighboring bank, additionally 8.10,00 won,” and the Defendant, in response to this, entered the victim’s cash card into a single branch of NHFF Bank, Inc., NHFF Bank, and then entered the amount to KRW 8.10,000 without authority.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to enter information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority to obtain financial benefits equivalent to KRW 1,310,000 by making information processed.

2. The defendant's sole crime;
