1. The Defendant’s KRW 6,247,647 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from May 10, 2013 to November 6, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who runs a construction and waterproof business with the trade name “C” and the Defendant is a corporation with business purposes, such as building design works and waterproof construction works.

B. On March 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff for construction works for the construction of the E-art building consisting of the first underground floor, fourth floor, and rooftop floor located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, with the following contents (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).
