A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:00 on May 28, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) (A.D.) followed three-lane roads in front of the shooting distance in the Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-si, the head of which was under the influence of alcohol by 0.133%, while under the influence of alcohol by driving a B low-speed car, and proceeded along three-lanes from the direction of Yongsan-dong.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim C and the victim E (the 39-year-old person) who was a partner of the above SP car, by taking around two weeks of treatment, such as the diversity typosis, etc., and, at the same time, did not immediately stop the above SP car so that approximately KRW 6,500,000 of the repair cost may move to the SP car, but did not take necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant driven the said low-est car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.133% under the influence of alcohol on a four-lane road in front of the shooting distance in the Cheongju-si, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seog-gu, Seog-gu, Seog-gu, Seog-gu, Busan, about five kilometers away from the street on the boom road located in Seog-gu, Seog-gu.
