A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as an employer who ordinarily employs 70 workers under the trade name called limited liability company D in Tong Young-si, did not pay wages to workers, such as E, who worked in the company as follows, by the 10th of the following month from the date of payment of wages.

1. From April 2010 to October 2010, the Defendant, including employees E, did not pay the total amount of KRW 102,147,088,00 by the 10th of the following month from April 2010 to October 2010, to 13 workers including employees E, respectively, as indicated in the detailed statement of personal delayed payment.

2. On October 1, 2010 and November 201, 2010, the Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 57,614 by the 10th of the following month from the date of payment of wages to 7 workers, including employees F, by October 2010 and November 201, 2010.

3. From July 2010 to December 2012, 2010, with respect to G workers who paid wages below the minimum wage rate, the Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 1,145,088 ( KRW 77,083 in August 2010, KRW 203,401 in September 201, KRW 261,653 in October 2010, KRW 335,115 in November 335, 2010, and KRW 267,836 in December 2010) to G workers who paid wages below the minimum wage rate by the tenth day of the following month.

4. On December 2010, the Defendant paid 409,580 won, including the performance allowances of 288,360 won, bonuses 121,220 won, during the period of his/her non-working to workers H due to an occupational traffic accident, on December 12, 2010.

5. From January 1, 2007 to May 12, 2007, the Defendant, who had not paid regular wages to workers I, shall be from January 1, 2007 to May 12, 2007, KRW 54,400 for annual leave not employed by workers I, from January 1, 2007 to May 12, 2007.
