A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

On December 13, 2017, at around 19:30 to 21:00, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim in the above residence with water from the victim; (b) placed the victim on one’s side, which was accumulated on the electric parking board of the living room; (c) opened the victim; (d) kidd the victim into the inner clothes of the victim; and (d) stated that the victim “mad the victim’s mast.”

Accordingly, the defendant, by force, commits similar rapes against a minor under the age of 13, and commits an indecent act on the charge of the indictment.
