A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was in charge of the construction of the company factory building in which the defendant served as the factory site.

On June 29, 2017, when C was dissatisfied with the above C due to the delay in the completion of the factory, C had been dissatisfied with the above C, he tried to look for C while drinking alcohol at C's office and drinking it.

1. 2. The Defendant discovered the victim C (34 cm in total length, 21.5 cm in length) who was sitting and talked with the victim C (48 cm in front of the instant building) at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and committed an act as harming the victim’s life and body by taking in hand the knife (34 cm in total length, 21.5 cm in length), which is a dangerous object prior to the preparation of the said stunst vehicle, and threatening the victim with the above knife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. The Defendant who damaged the victim H’s special property by driving the said vehicle into the “J real estate” office as it is, while threateninging C as set forth in paragraph 2, and the Defendant intending to run away from the road with the flast car, and driving the flast car on the road, and driving away from the above C, etc., by driving the said vehicle to the “J real estate” office located in Pyeongtaek-si I.
