1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 10,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from November 28, 2020 to December 18, 2020.

2. Grounds: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

In light of all the circumstances such as the circumstance leading up to the Defendant’s fraudulent act, the period during which the Defendant appears to have committed the fraudulent act, the content and degree of fraudulent act, the age of the Plaintiff and C, the period of marriage, and the degree of impact of the fraudulent act on the Plaintiff’s marital relationship, it is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money to be paid to the Plaintiff by the Defendant as KRW 10 million.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim in excess is rejected.
