A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2017, the Defendant concluded a subcontract for steel works among the new construction works in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and concluded a subcontract for the steel works with respect to KRW 18 million (within three days after the completion of the basic construction works), intermediate payment of KRW 10 million (after the completion of the first floor test), and the remainder of KRW 7 million (within five days after the completion of the construction work) with the victim C who had been engaged in steel construction at the site of the construction works in the Osan-si, Yongsan-si, Busan-si, and concluded a subcontract for the steel works among the new construction works in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and paid KRW 18 million (within five days after the completion of the construction work).

However, in fact, the defendant has a lot of construction cost unpaid at another construction site, and even if the victim implements the construction due to a large debt, he/she did not have the intention or ability to pay the construction cost properly.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 26.5 million from May 2017 to early July 2017, 2017, by allowing the victim to perform steel framed construction work equivalent to KRW 35 million at the site of the said voice group, even though 8.5 million was paid to the said voice group, and failing to pay the remainder, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 26.5 million.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 4279" is a person engaged in a building business under the trade name of E.

Around October 13, 2017, the Defendant presented a written estimate of approximately KRW 50,000,000,000 to the victim G operating a place at the Seo-gu Daejeon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F Vitice Center for the fourth floor of the building, and “B is a constructor, who is thereby a building contractor, may bring the materials into the cover of the materials. The location of the materials is as follows: (a) the market price of the materials is KRW 45,00,000, and KRW 30,000,000, which is above the inside of the materials. Since the inside of the building has been doing so, materials may be stored at a discounted price of 40%. Since the construction is the end of the building business and the interior is carried out in the future, the materials remaining after finishing the construction work of the Party. Expenses and profits are received as KRW 10,368,700, and no additional expenses are incurred for the victim and the end of the project.”
