Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On December 20, 2013, the Plaintiff’s sales contract for the general industrial complex of nanotechnology 1) The Plaintiff is a long-term nanotechnology general industrial complex located in the Jeonsung-gun on December 20, 2013 (hereinafter “long-term industrial complex”).

(2) On December 24, 2013, the Plaintiff initially entered into an agreement with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation to move into the same location as the Special Research and Development Zone Promotion Foundation. On June 21, 2016, the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation entered into a contract to move into an occupancy agreement with the Plaintiff on December 24, 2013. The Plaintiff entered into an occupancy agreement with the Special Research and Development Zone Promotion Foundation on August 25, 2016. The Plaintiff entered into an occupancy agreement with the Special Research and Development Zone Promotion Foundation on August 16, 2016. The Plaintiff entered into a construction agreement with the Special Research and Development Zone Promotion Foundation, stating that specific air pollutants are not discharged in the Plaintiff’s factory. 2) The Plaintiff entered into an occupancy agreement with the Special Research and Development Zone Promotion Foundation on October 25, 2016.
The contents of the above occupancy change contract are the same as the existing occupancy contract in addition to changing the total floor area of the building as follows:

B. On November 3, 2016, the Plaintiff filed an application for building permission and rejected permission (hereinafter “instant site”) with the competent authority: (a) on November 3, 2016, 831-6 square meters of land for a factory in 5099.2 square meters (hereinafter “instant site”).
