A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2016, around 00:10 on July 16, 2016, the Defendant entered a spatory film hall in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, as a motion picture theater in a spatory 10th, and discovered the victim D (one, another, and nine years old) who was divingd for viewing, and began to look at the victim's movement by taking advantage of the victim's side knife.

At around 00:49 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who was knife in depth for about three hours by taking the victim's knife with the victim's kniff by using the knife in depth and by using the knife of the victim's knife, rhying the victim's body with the Defendant's knife and doing self-defense.

Then, at around 03:48, the Defendant engaged in an indecent act against the victim by putting the above hand on a cover with the victim, and committed an indecent act in the above manner, at around 04:40, the Defendant: (a) tried to put the victim into the victim’s clothes with the left hand of the defendant; and (b) tried to talk with the victim’s part of the body at around 04:45, but, at around 04:45, the Defendant tried to talk with the victim’s part of the body, he was aware of the indecent act by the victim, who was frightened into the victim’s part of the body, and frighted into the victim’s part of the body.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim who was unable to resist due to locked.
