The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is as follows: "Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, Plaintiff D, and E" in the 3th, 3, and 4th, 3, and 4th, of the judgment of the first instance; and "Plaintiffs" in the grounds of the judgment of the first instance are the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except where both the Appointed A, Selection B, C, Selection D, and Plaintiff are changed to "Plaintiffs and Appointeds". Thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
