If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2013, the Defendant driven a rocketing car from the French land to the front of the appropriating elementary school located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.143% from the 1km to the main state of alcohol concentration of 0.143%.
