1. Dated March 25, 2015 with respect to shares in the list of land (2862540/295480).

1. Basic facts

A. On December 12, 1973, Defendant B purchased, from the Z, the Z, the 2nd floor located on the ground part of the BB large 576 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant land substitution”) and the 39.67 square meters of 2nd floor and 39.67 square meters of 1st floor of the housing (hereinafter “instant building”) and the 39.67 square meters of 2nd floor, which were constructed on the ground of the BA Dong (hereinafter “BA”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant building on December 19, 1973.

around February 6, 1974, Defendant B purchased 1/32 shares of the instant land before the instant land substitution (hereinafter “instant land substitution shares”) from AZ, and on February 11, 1974, Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of shares based on the said land purchase contract with respect to the instant land substitution shares.

B. Chocheon-gun (hereinafter “Ycheon-si”) set the liquidation money for replotting to be paid by Defendant B around July 4, 1975 as KRW 872,938, which is the land summing up the portion of the instant substitute lot which is owned by Defendant B, and the portion of the instant substitute lot among the land prior to the instant substitute lot, which was used as the site for the instant building, 18 square meters and 2 square meters of the other land which was owned by the City.

1. The land indicated in the list (hereinafter “instant land”) and the substituted land were subject to a replotting disposition (hereinafter “instant replotting disposition”), and the above replotting disposition became final and conclusive around that time.

On September 1, 1975, Defendant B paid KRW 872,938,00 according to the instant replotting disposition.

C. On March 25, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building from Defendant B along with the instant land, which is the relevant site. On April 2, 2015, the Plaintiff received the registration of ownership transfer on the share of 1/32 out of the instant land and the instant building based on the said sale.

The share on the registry of the land of this case shall be attached in attached Form.

3. The same shall be mentioned in a list of equities on the register; and

1. C was killed on August 23, 2002 (hereinafter “the deceased”) and as the inheritor, the wife is the Defendant T and children.
