As to the Plaintiff, the Defendant: (a) with respect to the volume of 552 square meters in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun:

A. The Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch Office 1997.

1. Around December 1997, the Plaintiff had completed the establishment registration and the establishment registration of superficies on the real estate mentioned in paragraph (1) of this Article on the part of the Defendant in order to secure the payment of the purchase of 30 million won of a ready-mixed transport vehicle from the Defendant.

However, since the plaintiff fully repaid the purchase price around 2000, the plaintiff sought cancellation on the ground that there was no ground for the registration of the establishment of a mortgage and the registration of the creation of a superficies.

2. Judgment by public notice under applicable Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
