Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B leakage car.

At around 04:10 on October 7, 2012, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.2% (0.202%) with a distance of about one kilometer from the street in front of the office of the Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the street in front of the same Eup 1296.
