1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with the plaintiff 215,796,593 won and 62,651,233 won among them, from January 19, 2005 to July 19, 2005.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. The defendant entered into a contract on the use of credit cards on July 15, 199, the foreign currency substitute payment contract on June 7, 200, and the foreign currency substitute payment contract on May 23, 200, and received loans from the Japanese bank.
As the Defendant did not repay the above loans, ① the Japanese bank transferred its bonds to the Reorganization Bank Corporation and notified the transfer thereof. ② The Reorganization Bank transferred its bonds to the Korea Asset Management Corporation and notified the transfer thereof. ③ The Korea Asset Management Corporation transferred its bonds to the Plaintiff and notified the transfer thereof.
The Korea Asset Management Corporation established the Daegu District Court 2005Kadan34893 with "the defendant shall pay to the Korea Asset Management Corporation 669,439,104 won and 292,244,929 won among them, 62,651,233 won with interest rate of 18% per annum from January 22, 2002 to July 14, 2005, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Eul jointly and severally with the defendant to the Korea Asset Management Corporation 215,796,593 won among the above stated money and 62,651,233 won with interest rate of 205% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and 30% per annum from the next day to 2005 to the day of full payment."

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant should repay the above judgment amount to the plaintiff who is the successor of Korea Asset Management Corporation, and since the time of the completion of the above judgment amount has been imminent, 215,796,593 won, part of the judgment amount, and 62,651,233 won, which is part of the judgment amount claimed by the plaintiff, shall be 18% per annum from January 9, 2005 to July 14, 2005, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
