1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C is 5% per annum from January 4, 2003 to March 11, 2008, as well as 25,000,000 won.

1. Claim against Defendant C

A. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of evidence No. 1 as to the facts acknowledged, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 25,00,000 to the Defendant C on July 26, 2000 due date for payment, and received five copies of the household check consisting of a total par value of KRW 25,00,000 as security. On January 3, 2003, the Plaintiff offered a proposal for payment of each of the above provisional coefficient marks, but refused to pay due to non-transaction.

B. As the Plaintiff seeks, Defendant C is obligated to pay 5% per annum under the Civil Act from January 4, 2003 to March 11, 2008, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of complete payment.

2. Claim against Defendant D and E

A. The following facts are not disputed between the parties, or may be acknowledged in full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 4 through 9:

(1) On May 20, 2006, the Plaintiff leased KRW 3,000,00 to Defendant D with interest rate of KRW 3,000 on September 20, 2006 (i.e., interest rate of KRW 3,00,000 (=25,000,000 x 3% per month x 4 months) less that of KRW 22,00,000, and (ii) on May 30, 2006 3% of interest rate of KRW 00,000,000 for KRW 00,000,000 for 13,000,000 for 00,000 for 30,000,000 for 30,000,000 for 1,950,000 for x 13,000,000 for x 304,000 for 3 months).

(2) On February 1, 2007, 3% interest rate of KRW 21,00,000 shall be set and lent on March 3, 2007, and on March 3, 2007, 930,000 shall be deducted (the plaintiff claims that the plaintiff deducted the interest rate of KRW 21,00,000,000 for one-month interest rate of KRW 630,000 (=21,00,000 x 3% per month x month).
