If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is liable for military service.

Where a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, he shall file a move-in report within 14 days.

Although the Defendant moved to his domicile to his native house in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, 102 Dong 1109, the Defendant did not make a move-in report within 14 days without justifiable grounds.
