1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 604,423,984 and the amount of KRW 258,801,361 from March 27, 2020 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff entered into a credit transaction agreement with the Defendant with the following contents, and loaned money under each of the above credit transaction agreements to the Defendant.
On March 7, 2013, September 2013, 2013, the 350,000,000,000,000 won in individual transactions (limit) of loans for individual loans for company-run loans for company-run loans for each credit subject on March 7, 2012, as of March 7, 2013, as of the 3.5% annual interest rate of 12.5% per annum 15% per annum of the 12.5% per annum of the 12.5% credit transaction agreement, as of February 24, 2010, as of December 26, 2013, as of the expiration date of the credit period of KRW 10,00,000,000,000, and the change of the individual credit limit for company-run loans for company-invested loans for each credit period of 100,000,000 won per annum 360,000,0000 won per annum.
B. The Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,875,00 of the loaned principal under the 158,801,361 and the 3rd agreement. The Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 302,747,623 of the interest and interest in arrears under the 1,2,3, and 4 agreement until March 26, 2020.

According to the judgment and the facts of the above recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12.5% per annum, which is the interest rate delayed from March 27, 2020 to the date of full payment of the loan principal of KRW 604,423,984 as well as KRW 258,801,361 as to the loan principal of KRW 258,801,361, which is the interest rate delayed from March 27, 2020, KRW 42,875,00 per annum from March 27, 2020 to the date of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
