Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, on December 2014, the Defendant changed the form and quality of land by making a flat work using cream 1,269 square meters in Si-si, Si-si, Si-si, which is a zone subject to the restriction of development, with the permission of the competent authorities. On March 2016, the Defendant changed the form and quality of land by using cream 2,291 square meters in Si-si, Si-si, which is a zone subject to the restriction of development, and by changing the form and quality of land.
