1. On May 13, 2014, the Defendant driving a D Intiti G35 Sedan vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.313% on the front side of the Red-dong, Daejeon, on May 13, 2014, at around 22:23, the Defendant driven a D Intiti G35 Sedan vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.313%.

On May 25, 2014, the Defendant driven a Dinti G35 Sedan car at around 17:40 on May 25, 2014, under the influence of alcohol of about 0.245% from the 3km section of around 17:40 on the same day from May 25, 2014, to the chill bridge located in the Dong-dong of Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant driven a Dinti G35 Sedan car at around 0.245% of alcohol content.

"2014 Highest 3084"

1. On August 17, 2014, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven a Dinti 35 tax group under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.257% without obtaining a driver’s license from the 00-ray parking lot in the Jungcheon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon to the end of the F cafeteria in front of the same Gu.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in Dinti land (G) 35 tax group.
