Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. When Defendant B was anticipated to commence an auction on the instant loan loan in the name of F with a person with a claim equivalent to KRW 30 million, who lent the construction price to B, who constructed the loan in the name of Pakistan (hereinafter “the loan in this case”), Defendant B had the intention to receive the amount of money equivalent to the rental deposit by concluding a false lease contract.
