Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who worked as an instructor at a Do driving school located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul, from October 2014 to July 2015, and the written indictment submitted by the victim E (the victim E at the time of age 11) contains 12 years of age. However, the victim E is obvious that he was 11 years of age at the time of the instant case due to Har, and thus, is corrected.

Victim F(n, 15 years old) and Victim G(n, 14 years old) are students of each defendant.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Minorly Indecent Act);

A. On July 7, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act, such as the victim’s face, hand, arms, bucks, and bucks, rhumbs, etc., on his/her hand against the victim’s will, during the course of taking lessons with the victim E in the lecture room on the first floor of the said Dental Institute, around 19:49.

B. Around 19:50 on July 9, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim’s face, hand, arms, etc. against the victim’s will while running a course of study with the victim E at the above place.

C. On July 10, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act, such as taking care of the victim’s grandchildren against the victim’s will and taking charge of taking care of, and taking care of, the victim E, at the above place on July 10, 2015.

On July 11, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act, such as setting up bucks and bucks, and drawing up bucks and bucks, by hand against the victim’s will, while the Defendant was running a water course with the victim E at the above place on July 11, 2015.

E. At around 20:30 on July 13, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by asking the victim’s arms, descendants, face “brupted” against the victim’s will while running a school course with the victim E at the above place.

Accordingly, the defendant is a minor victim under the age of 13 over five times.
